Joe began his real estate journey with an internship at Federal Realty in the DMV area. There, he gained hands-on experience supporting new development projects across Virginia—assisting with everything from attracting anchor tenants to identifying strategic improvements that added long-term property value. This sparked his interest to earn his Bachelor Degree in Construction Management at UMD to further his career in real estate development. The early exposure led to a role at North Capitol Group with Compass Real Estate as an executive assistant, where he participated in nearly every aspect of the real estate process. From hosting open houses to drafting contracts and coordinating closings, he played a key role in helping clients move from dream to reality.

Real estate has always been a part of Joe’s story. Raised by a father who worked as a contractor renovating homes for local realtors, he was introduced to the world of real estate early on and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the industry. That passion now fuels his work at Domus, where he’s proud to contribute to a team that shares the belief that real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about people.
