Since launching her real estate career in 2017, Travell has helped more than 100 clients successfully buy or sell their homes—earning a reputation for fierce advocacy, clear communication, and a service-first approach rooted in her background in hospitality and human resources.

Prior to real estate, Travell spent several years in customer-facing leadership roles, where she learned to anticipate needs, navigate high-pressure environments, and communicate with empathy. These skills now form the foundation of her client relationships. Whether she’s helping a first-time buyer, a military family relocating to the DMV, or an investor expanding their portfolio, Travell is known for her strategic mindset and unwavering commitment to her clients' goals.

Travell specializes in new construction, relocation, military moves, and multifamily investment properties. Her expertise spans every stage of the real estate process—from identifying opportunities to negotiating favorable terms and navigating complex transitions. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), she brings sharp insight and protection to every transaction, always advocating for her clients' best interests.

A proud graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Speech and Communications, Travell is passionate about helping others achieve long-term stability and wealth through real estate. Originally from the West Coast, Travell moved across the country on her own in 2010 and was the first in her family to graduate college. Today, she continues to create meaningful connections across the diverse communities of DC, Maryland, and Virginia—neighborhoods she knows and loves for their unique energy, culture, and history.

Outside of real estate, Travell enjoys playing soccer, cooking with her partner, traveling, and exploring the local food and wine scene. She values time with family and friends and is always up for a great laugh and good conversation.
